RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would really appreciate it if you could please include photos of damage in your email to at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for whatever reason you aren't happy with your order we always ask if you’d like to purchase something else. This is subject to stock being available.
RefundsIf you decide you'd prefer a refund and your item qualifies for a return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, less shipping costs in returning the product to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and returned to us in terms of the returns policy above. we do not offer refunds where third party shipping providers experience valid delays in shipping products to you - such as during peak periods or in areas that may be affected by events including but not limited to flooding. Where you qualify for a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
