Workshop Covid-19 Policy
If you have booked, or are thinking about booking a workshop with us, and you’re concerned about the impact of Covid-19 on your booking please read the below information.
- If you decide to cancel your booking with us because of concerns related to Covid-19, you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions (see above) that you agreed upon when you made your booking and paid your retainer fee and/or balance for the tour.
- This may result in forfeiture of a portion or all of the fees paid, including your retainer fee. See below to determine the extent of your liability.
- If your booking was for a multi-day tour, you should also consult your travel insurer in order to determine if you will receive any compensation for cancelling the tour and/or whether you will be covered if you fall sick while on tour.
Covid-19 and Workshop Cancellations
In the case of Covid-19 related concerns (e.g. snap lockdowns, travel restrictions, or if the workshop/tour host(s) become unwell) preventing us from delivering all or part of the photography workshop, we may refund the customer for the unperformed part of the tour less any reasonable losses incurred before cancellation. We will endeavour to minimise any losses incurred by customers.
Vaccination Requirements
Many of the multi-day workshops are all inclusive (meals, travel, accommodation, etc) and complications may arise for any unvaccinated participants due to these inclusions. If you are unvaccinated and wish to attend one of these multi-day workshops you will need to contact us first so that we can make a decision on whether or not we can accommodate you. The decision will be based on a matter of logistics, public health advice, and participant safety.
